Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, gift cards, and custom arrangements are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.
